The shop floor is a veteran soy product shop "Kung Wo Beancurd Factory", which opened in 1960. The shop serves the district for over half a decade and was forced to close down in 2020 because property developers brought rows of building in the street for later redevelopment. The asset shows the final days of the shop still opening, with a banner that said "Closed down with pride. Hopefully, we’ll see again."
