LSM optimized. ~10mb new textures

II-49 is a nine-story house, built from 1965 to 1985. The building was built en masse and was intended to replace the first mass-produced five-story Khrushchevs. It was most common in Moscow and the Moscow region, and was also built in some other Soviet cities. For the game I made versions with medium sized square tiles and small tiles following the example of buildings II-49 from the city of Togliatti.

The house contains 6 sections:
– with an archway
– left
– right
– with a through entrance
– center
– central but with a different arrangement of night windows and balcony frames

The building is also divided into meridional and latitudinal versions, and should be properly placed with this in mind.
– Latitudinal, without loggias on the facade side. When placing the windows should face south or north.
– Meridional, with loggias on the facade. When placed, windows must face west or east.

Another version on the boustie

The version in the stim workshop is the "D" modification.
The "P" modification is available on my bousti. It features a longer attic and a shorter entryway, and is tiled with fine tiles instead of coarse tiles.
