Description:

Building of businessman and merchant V.N. Klimushin, built in 1910. Located in
Sosnovy Bor of Stavropol, now Tolyatti. The main building of koumissolechebnitsa laid the foundation for the future sanatorium "Lesnoe". Around the same is a complex of smaller wooden buildings in the same style.

The version from 1910, in Soviet times and in modern Russia the building was modified.
