Description:

Commercial Tourism, spawns when there is sand (beaches) on the lot and Tourism district is assigned

This was the vanilla 2×2 beach restaurant The Wave. What’s different? A lot!

* Lushly gardened: custom landscaping by Miyagi
* Expanded to 2×4 (gardens!) which makes it sit further back than vanilla Wave. Adds variety
* Soft landscape lighting
* 4 new tasteful tropical colors

Minimal extra props required (I repeat from a small core set of props / trees in all my custom stuff, it’s for my own game performance, as well 🙂 )

I hope you all enjoy the virtual gardening, now it’s back to real gardening!
