An all vanilla B4 ParClo System Interchange if your highways are crossing at an angle.

This is without any decoration so you can realy make it your own but the lane math is already applied.

– Note that the Mass Transit DLC is required –

– The nodes are already edited with "Node Controler" and "Intersection Marking Tool" but those mods should not be a requirement –
