Tartu is a small city of about 90k population in southern Estonia. Even though it’s Estonias second largest city, it’s small enough to be built on a 1:1 scale in game, it’s only about 7km across.
Downtown (kesklinn) is in a valley – literally down-town :D, with river "Emajõgi" running through the middle of it.
Based on official height data from Estonian Land Board. Includes accurate tree coverage, highways, waterways and farmlands by vanilla standards.
For accurate and huge forests in Estonia, "Tree Anarchy" mod is required. Also, "no radioactive desert and more" is suggested to remove ruined trees and vegetation near water. Without TM:PE traffic would be hell, because of the custom intersections.
