Newport
This is a copy from T. Radko’s Newport. However, not 100%. I had to improvise at some points. Some areas are missing entirely. (I will add these later.) The "city" consists mainly of "vanilla" parts. Exceptions are boats, vehicles and train props. I recommend replacing the platforms of two metro stations with parts from the workshop.

An important mod is 81-Tile.
UltimateMod 2.9.1 (or newer) , the mods for no pipes and no power lines are used, RICO revisited, TM:PE Stable.
Node Controler ren.
