Midtown Office 3
Part three of my small collection of midtown offices (Part one and two). This is another brick Art Deco building with some Neo-Gothic elements.
It was completed in 1927 as industrial lofts. Here you can find very interesting brick checkerboard ornaments, stone top pieces and trims with floral ornaments. This is not a 100% precise recreation of the real building, but it is quite close to it. The prototype can be found somewhere not so far away from Penn station.
I tried to keep a balance between quality and efficiency, as well as make as many unique looking buildings as possible with just one texture. So, some parts were simplified, some were removed.
I somehow forgot that I have so many unreleased assets, definitely should release them faster, so stay tuned.
