Description:

A city layout based on Owl’s Merchants Bay map. Purely vanilla, can run without any mods. It’s a road layout with utilities ready and some suburb and transit built that you can expand on.

Designed for 25 tiles. 20k pop. Slightly profitable income, you may want to have unlimited money on at first.

Snowfall, Mass transit, Green city dlc are essential. There are some buildings from Industries, Park life, Concert dlc as well but it’s safe to left those out.
