瑞城OPA / JP Mizuki-OPA
JP Mizuki-OPA is a large shopping mall.
The size is 8×8 and the category is Unique Building.
It was created in reference to Akita OPA in front of Akita Station, Akita Prefecture.
The building opened in 1974 as the JUSCO Akita store, and has undergone several renovations,
including Palle Doux and Akita Forus. It is a building that has continued to the present day,
so I think it would be a good idea to place it in front of a station in a regional city.

1974年、ジャスコ秋田店として開店し、パレドゥー、秋田フォーラスなど、幾度かの改装を経て
現在に至るビルですので、地方都市の駅前に置くといいのではないかと思います。
