Description:

This is a fairly generic mid-rise office building in the style of 1970s Brutalism. You need Ploppable RICO Revisited to make this asset function as intended.

If you are using Ploppable RICO in conjunction with Realistic Population 2, make sure to disable the "Use Realistic Pop mod"-option in this building’s RICO settings. Otherwise, it will have a ludicrous number of workplaces.
The roof objects pack I listed as a dependency is optional. The asset also loads without it, albeit with a pretty empty roof.
