MIZUKI RAPID Mizuki-NantenMachi St.

「瑞城市(Mizuki City)」とは、神乃木リュウイチ氏(Ryuichi Kaminogi)による「Cities:Skylines」を利用して架空の日本都市「瑞城市」を作成していくライブ配信シリーズである。

しかし、このアセットはそんな瑞城市の妄想研究のために制作されたため、設置されるかは未知数である。

では本題に戻ろう。
本アセットは架空の日本の大手私鉄「瑞城急行電鉄(MIZUKI RAPID ELECTRIC RAILWAY)」の本拠地でもある、瑞城市中央区南天町にそびえたつ巨大ターミナル駅である「瑞城南天町駅(Mizuki-Nantencho Sta.) <以降「瑞急(Mizukyu)」>」の駅ビル棟の部分である。

当然ながらこれは駅アセットではないが、設定上は「すべての種別が原則停車する」といった設定である。
またこの駅の地下にあるホームから瑞城本線 原戸方面 、下崎線 下崎方面、柏尾・空港線 柏尾・瑞城国際空港方面といった瑞急(Mizukyu)の基幹路線が乗り入れる。

その駅の真上に建てられたこの駅ビルは地下2F～地上3Fの部分と地上7F～31Fまでを琴葉屋百貨店瑞城店が占める。
そこの後者の部分は老若男女だけでなく、裕福貧乏問わないラインアップが定評。
さらに、その25F～31Fの一部に「ラウンドワン」、15F～21Fの一部に「瑞城市中央図書館」、1F～2Fには「瑞城自動車 瑞城中央ショールーム」などが入居しており、瑞城市民の交流拠点の一つとなっている。ちなみに快活CLUBは一切入居していない。

また4F～6Fは「K’s MEGA MIZUKI ケーズデンキ みずき本店」が入居しており、ここではケーズデンキとしては珍しく、ゲーム機など、「電気を使うもの」全般の展示販売を行っている。もちろん定番の「3年間・5年間・10年間長期保証」「あんしんパスポート」「その場で現金値引き」にも対応している。

このビルの大きな特徴として二つのビルが間に分離独立している。片方は「瑞急ホテルズ 瑞城グランデ」という4つ星ホテルが全体を占め、もう片方は瑞急(Mizukyu)の本社やその関連会社のオフィスが入居する。

それらの二つのビルの上に最上階部として下からEDMパーティクラブ「Q-LOUD」、レストラン街「天空美食街」屋上には「露店温泉"みずきの空"」が入る。

地上部には何かしらの繭のような巨大ガラスに覆われた屋内公園「コクーン庭園」が入っている。

建物内に記載がないが、地下1F～地下3Fの一部を駐車場が占めており、パークアンドライド需要にも対応する。

Let’s get back to the topic.
This asset is Mizuki-Nantencho Sta., a huge terminal station in Nanten-cho, Chuo-ku, Mizuki City, which is also the home of the fictitious major Japanese private railway "MIZUKI RAPID ELECTRIC RAILWAY". This is the part of the station building of <hereafter referred to as “Mizukyu”>.

Of course, this is not a station asset, but the setting is such that "all types of trains stop in principle."
Mizukyu Main Line [for Harado], Shimozaki Line [for Shimozaki], and Kashio/Airport Line [for Kashio] run from this station.

This station building, which was built directly above the station, occupies the 2nd basement to 3rd floors and the 7th to 31st floors of the Kotobaya Department Store Mizuki.
The latter part has a good reputation not only for men and women of all ages, but also for the rich and poor.
In addition, the 25th to 31st floors are part of the "Round One", the 15th to 21st floors are part of the "Mizuki City Central Library", and the 1st to 2nd floors are the "Ruijo Automobile Mizuki Central Showroom". It is one of the exchange bases for By the way, KAIKATSU CLUB has not moved in at all.

In addition, the 4th to 6th floors are occupied by "K’s MEGA MIZUKI K’s Denki Mizuki Main Store", which is unusual for K’s Denki, and exhibits and sells general "things that use electricity" such as game consoles. Of course, the standard "3-year, 5-year, 10-year long-term warranty", "Anshin Passport", and "cash discount on the spot" are also supported.

A major feature of this building is that the two buildings are separate and independent. One will be occupied by a four-star hotel called Mizukyu Hotels Mizuki Grande, and the other will house the headquarters of Mizukyu and the offices of its affiliates.

On top of these two buildings, the EDM party club "Q-LOUD" is located on the top floor, the restaurant area "Tenku Gourmet Street", and the rooftop "Street Hot Spring Mizuki no Sora".

Above ground, there is an indoor park "Cocoon Garden" covered with giant glass that looks like a cocoon.

Although there is no description inside the building, a parking lot occupies part of the basement 1F to 3F, and it also supports park-and-ride demand.
