A cartoonish well
I don’t usually like to put out single props because generally I feel you all deserve more, but this was cute and fun. Besides, I haven’t seen a well prop proper on the workshop since 2016.

Textures – 256/64.
File size – 455kb thereabouts. So says the page. 477kb is the local count.
Single prop, nothing special – use Anarchy/More Beautification/Find It to ensure you can plop this sucker anywhere.
I think the template was one of the air conditioners. No colour or size variations here. Does not create the ‘ruined’ textures on the ground.
A 512 version of the well is here[drive.google.com]. Just looks a touch better – but obviously is a more detailed and heavier prop. Grab the .crp and toss it in your local assets folder – source files of the 256 asset are available too.
If you’re a material girl or guy, the bricks and lip of the well are Substance procedurals. Ask and I’ll give up the .sbsars and/or hi-res maps. Hard to tell at this resolution – but the stones turned out super well at 2k.
And, obviously, if there are issues with this particular asset, post a comment and I’ll see what I can do.
