This is a small Dutch House. Houses like this were build in the 19th century, and the rooftype in common in the north of the Netherlands.
This asset shares textures with 4 other assets, which you can find in this collection. When using the Loading Screen Mod, you will be able to save some MB.
By using Move It!, you can combine this asset with the others. The building looks great as a sub-building, as you can see in the pictures. It can face the road on two sides. Most of the times, I use it as a neck-part in the traditional Head-Neck-Rump farmhouse[en.wikipedia.org], but it can also fit in a 19th-century working class districts.
