A small one storied Art Deco building that fits nicely in small north American towns, suburbs or some Art Deco-themed environment. Based on a building from Los Angeles, USA.
In game this is a office level 1 (O1) growable building on a 2×2 plot. Comes without any additional required props. You can either grow it or plop it using Plop The Growables, search for "art deco" or "rl" using Find It!.
There also is a low commercial version available here.
