This asset pack contains the Modern Department Store building, in game it functions as a ‘Unique Building’. This asset was loosely modelled off the Harvey Norman store found in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

After modelling the Harvey Norman version of this building I thought its use could be further increased if a blank version was to be released. The building itself is a super simple design that could fit in any location around the world, and it has been left sign-less for you to customise it as you wish
The ‘Modern Department Store’ asset is a ‘Unique Building’ in game with roughly 1/4 of the stats of the vanilla cinema. The building has been lightly detailed with vanilla props, they can be removed by using a prop switching/removal mod like BOB or Prop Switcher.
