A 2×4 growable level 1 residential property. The trim has colour variation. All required props can be found in the collection. This is the 5th release of a L1 2×4 in this set and thus didn’t feel the need to create a variant on this.
Note: I may update the carports soon and eliminate the concrete floor and just rely on King Leno’s driveway decal. I’ll save the old version for posterity if anyone is keen on the old versions.

Notes: George Hudson and Son published a series of Australian Edwardian-era weatherboard homes from a catalog in 1915. This is Model 3b in a set of homes that I hope to finish. After going through my subscribed assets, I believe I saw this from about 20 creators who sadly never released more than one home.
I originally intended this to be a 3×4, but it is a small home so it looks strange on a wide lot. If I cannot find any low-level homes suitable for a 3×4 plot, I may utilise the strategy of Boldly Building on his American Eclectic theme and release a construction site or just link to his 3×4 L1 building as part of this collection.
