Aussie Cottage L2 2×4 (Growable)
A 2×4 growable level 2 low-density residential property. The trim has colour variation. All required props can be found in the collection. This is the 3rd release of a L2 2×4 in this set.
Note: I’ve decided to update the carports by reducing the texture size to 512×64 (32x smaller) and remove the concrete floor as King Leno’s driveway decal was sufficient. I’ve linked to the original version in those props for posterity if anyone is keen on the old versions.

Notes: George Hudson and Son published a series of Australian Edwardian-era weatherboard homes from a catalog in 1915. This is Model 5 in a set of homes that I hope to finish. After going through my subscribed assets, I believe I saw this from about 20 creators who sadly never released more than one home so let’s hope that I can finish!
