Whilst I am sure there will be traffic Issues when Despawning is turned off with TMPE. The large issue is that the waste disposal Workers seem to be following the example of the French and have gone on a city-wide general strike. As they are essential workers for the health of the city, their refusal to work has led the city to fall into rapid decay. I am in over my head on what to do to appease them (could be a bug in the game?).
