Classic Rural American Housing
This is my first custom asset pack with 10 houses inspired by the kind of rural american houses I grew up around. There are 6 3×4 houses (some can fit in a 3×3) and 4 2×4 houses, all vanilla props and no DLC required!
These work great on sparse country roads or more dense neighborhoods. For best results, leave at least 1 square of space in between your zoning (i.e. don’t zone every square along a road).
This pack only contains Level 1 assets (because the custom asset workflow is terrible for making the same asset for different levels). This means that when the buildings level up they may change to an undesired building, depending on what method you use to apply your district styles. You can mark the buildings as historical to keep their appearance. The Advanced Building Level Control mod can make this easier.
