Residential street pattern (small version) for good traffic-efficiency and looks. Actually inspired by real world study of residential street pattern design:

Infos:
– Place anywhere you like but ban heavy traffic in the district where used.
– There is a 5×5 space in the middle. Place a park to raise land value or zone it.
– You can combine them together infinitely. Delete 2 of the outside roads and connect the pattern appropriately.
