The old (and VERY outdated) Enhanced District Services mod. I am not a modder and I cannot help with any issues that arise from your use of this mod. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This mod has been succeeded by the following two mods which include the same functionality and are actively maintained. I highly recommend going with one of these:

I uploaded this in response to a few users requesting it as they didn’t want to use the newer alternatives.
