「瑞城市(Mizuki City)」とは、神乃木リュウイチ氏(Ryuichi Kaminogi)による「Cities:Skylines」を利用して架空の日本都市「瑞城市」を作成していくライブ配信シリーズである。
ここでは、瑞城市役所の公用車シリーズ第3弾である「スバル アウトバック BT5/BT9型 瑞城市公用車仕様」について解説する。
当車両は、ベース車両の水平対向6気筒エンジンの消滅により、「従来の"スバリズム(SUBARIZM)"の損失」が懸念されており、瑞城製作所とSUBARUの合同企画による専用の水平対向6気筒e-Boxerエンジンシステムの開発が極秘裏に進められていたところを、瑞城市交通局が目を付け、e-Boxerであることを隠した上で、瑞城市交通局に寄贈している。
おもな交通局としての用途としては市民タクシーや、市の公用車など多岐にわたる。
そんな当車両に搭載されている水平対向6気筒e-Boxerエンジンシステムの出力は、ベース車両モデルの低回転域の1600rpmから300N·mの高トルクを発生し、リーン燃焼を採用している点はそのままに、燃焼効率を向上したことで1000rpmの状態で564N·mといった驚異的な効率を達成している。
出力も驚愕の530–560 PSを誇り、シンメトリカルAWDシステムも、架空車種である「スバル・WR1」のものをそのまま流用し、グリップ力こそスポーツカーより多少劣るものの、扱いやすくなっている。

The Mizuki City Transportation Bureau noticed that the development of the Boxer engine system was being carried out in secret, and after hiding that it was an e-Boxer, it was donated to the Mizuki City Transportation Bureau.
The main uses as a transportation bureau are wide-ranging, such as citizen taxis and city official cars.
The output of the horizontally opposed 6-cylinder e-Boxer engine system installed in this vehicle generates high torque of 300 Nm from 1600 rpm in the low rotation range of the base vehicle model, and the point that lean combustion is adopted is As it is, by improving the combustion efficiency, it has achieved an astonishing efficiency of 564 Nm at 1000 rpm.
Boasting an astonishing 530–560 PS output, the Symmetrical AWD system is the same as that of the fictitious "Subaru WR1", and although its grip is slightly inferior to that of sports cars, it is easier to handle.
