Nissan X-TRAIL (T31) Mizuki City Special

「瑞城市(Mizuki City)」とは、神乃木リュウイチ氏(Ryuichi Kaminogi)による「Cities:Skylines」を利用して架空の日本都市「瑞城市」を作成していくライブ配信シリーズである。

ここでは、瑞城市役所の公用車シリーズ第5弾である「日産・エクストレイル T31型 瑞城市公用車仕様」について解説するが、今回は特装版として、瑞城市副市長であるHANNOさんの愛車ネタで、「日産・エクストレイル T31型 はんの工芸仕様」も収録した。

ちなみに、はんの工芸仕様は、通常の商用改造と同じようになってはいるものの、多種多様な看板を運搬するため、剛性再計算・最適化などの軽量化や、100馬力分向上させるエンジンチューンにより、最大積載重量を元モデルの275kg程度から約100kgほど向上している。

さて、瑞城市の公用車仕様は、通常のエンジンからの載せ替えで、「RB26型DETTエンジン」を載せ替え、そのエンジンを搭載する全車両において、「NISSAN GT-R (R35)」の四輪駆動システムに換装している。

四輪制御に関しては改造元モデルの「オールモード4×4-i」の知見を活用し、換装した四輪駆動システムの制御をチューニングしている。

瑞城の街は山や海岸などが多いため、いかなる凹凸の路面でも高速走行できるよう、改造に当たっては、瑞城製作所・とようら研究センター内にあり、瑞城自動車と共用のシミュレーション装置を活用しながら駆動力配分の調整を進めた。

また、広域業務用も用意されており、近隣の市町村における業務においても十分に活用できる。
