A small cricket pavilion, typically fond in UK villages or small towns, in parks or village greens. (not too far from a pub if you’re lucky) they acts as storage, changing rooms for players, toilets and a sometimes a place to get a cup of tea. Also a good place to shelter when rain interrupt the game. Well this is England.
Building stands on a 3×3 lot and can be placed free from the roadside
