The MTR M-Train is an Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) built for the Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway (MTR) by Metro-Cammel in England. Produced from 1977 to 1992, these units forms the backbone of MTR’s urban lines since its opening. These units were refurbished by United Goninan between 1998 and 2001. These units will be replaced by new units by 2030.
There are 4 different types of cars that forms these units, they are:
A stock – Cab and Motor, 370 passengers
B stock – Motor, 414 passengers
C stock – Motor and Pantograph, 414 passengers
D stock – Trailer, 414 Passengers
In normal operations, A,B and C cars are coupled together in A-C, B-C and C-A pairs. D cars don’t have a specific formation.
This asset is a 6-Car formation, using the A-C + B-C + C-A configuration. This is a very rare formation that existed only between 28/6/1980 and 6/9/1982 on the Modified Initial System using un-refurbished cars.

These values are the same as the asset done by meshd. However, you can modify them using IPT2 and AVO
This asset was edited by me to fit in custom stations that are 24 in-game units in length (see this guide by konfox0527 for instructions).

The train still fits in the 24u stations without having to do a weird multi-track drifting thing when switching directions, unlike the original 8-Car formation released by meshd.
However, as of 9/4/2022, no new assets created to 24 units seem to work with the railway replacer mod.
I recommend the [BVU] Bienvenüe – Metro Network Collection to get overhead wires on metro networks.
