Will, Jonathan, and Joyce Byers’ House – as seen in the Netflix show Stranger Things
This is my first asset and I plan on recreating the major buildings in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana.
All vanilla assets. I also used the new trees that came with the free Airports update – they look amazing! Feel free to make suggestions about which building to make next.
**Update** – I resized this asset to be proper dimensions and removed the sub buildings (shed and shack) – I converted them to props and are no longer required for this mod to work.

Subscribe and you will start seeing this house populate for low density residential in game. In order to place manually/plop this asset, you will need sway’s Find It mod in order to find and place and algernon’s Ploppable RICO Revisited in order for the growable to not respawn.
