ECO Childcare v2 by CptBackpack

This is my 2nd Version and it should work fine now.
I wanted some service Buildings that really fit into a District with the self sufficent Buildings, so I made them.

Following the same principle as other ECO buildings the ECO Childcare is more expensive to build but has lower maintenance cost. It is a normal Childcare otherwise.

Needs the service block to function.
