Description:

A Streetlight I see All over NYC in my travels. Mostly used on avenue medians such as Francis Lewis, Queens Blvd, and Whoodhaven Blvd. I also see it on the BQE.

35′ high 5′ Arm

Its a bit high in polys tried reducing it down to 1000 polys in 3DSMaxk, other than that no dependancies, I tested it out in my city and it works fine!
