These are the trucks that deliver pigs to slaughterhouses in Hong Kong. Because of the city’s declining agriculture industry, most of the livestock consumed in Hong Kong was transported from mainland China across the border. Where one of the two slaughterhouses in Hong Kong is located near the border, which makes it harder to spot pig trucks on the roads. These 1993 trucks went to retire when the 2006 model replaced them, though the design remains the same. There are 2 types of trucks in this subscription, one with a blue cage and the other with a red canvas top.
