4th building of the Tropical Cities Collection, inspired by this under construction condo in Curitiba, Brazil. Curitiba is not exactly a tropical city. But this 36-story building with large roof gardens and pool terraces would be perfect in any warm climate location.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION

“Tropical Cities” is inspired by the best contemporary architecture made in tropical countries. It’s all about large balconies, permeable facades, gardens, swimming pools and other spaces designed to enjoy hot, sunny days.

The assets will form a cohesive whole for a large tropical city that is both ideal and realistic.
