MVG TypA-200 1979 Batch, U6 Line (Pack)
Munich U-Bahn Typ A2.3, 1979 Batch
The MVG Class A is an electric multiple unit (EMU) train type operated by the Münchner Verkehrsgesellschaft on the Munich U-Bahn system. It is the first and oldest type of rolling stock in service on the Munich U-Bahn, and is used on all lines. The prototypes were delivered in 1967, and the full-production units from 1970 until 1983.
This was a long time project that initially began back in 2018, and I recently revived it and finished it. Entire work was supervised by Drift, who once drove these units in real life. Without his insight, it would’ve been impossible to reach the level of accuracy and detailing on these assets.
This is a vehicle pack; it contains 3 variations of the vehicle: 2, 4 and 6 car versions. I recommend you to disable ones you do not need in content manager. Assets are pack with features which are:
- TEXTURE SHARED: 70s repaint share textures on all variants, improving RAM performance. In addition to that, all cars also share textures among themselves.
- ADDITIVE SHADER: Headlights, line indicators, glass panels require this mod.
- DYNAMIC DISPLAY: Features accurate line panels, which changes in the direction of travel.
- DYNAMIC LIGHTS: Different light config based in the direction of travel.
- 80km/h, 1.2m/s^2 acceleration
- 145 passengers per car.
- Custom and optimized LOD
- Accurate model and textures, supervised by ex-MVG staff.
- Linie U6: Klinikum Grosshadern / Forschungszentrum
- 70s repaint
- Double vents on top
