Augustów
Augustów is a city located in north-east of Poland in Suwalszczyzna region in Podlaskie voivodeship.
It is located between three lakes that are connected together by several canals (some of them have locks).
It was established by king Zygmunt II August in 1550y and got city rights in 1557y. Current population of Augustów is around ~30k people.
It is a resort town, perfect for vacations, with many hotels, spas, camp sites, nature reserves, lakes, swamps, rivers, canals and forests as well as industrial zones like BAT (British American Tobacco) factory or economical zone.

Most of the map is 1:1 accurate, except farm fields layout and some road markings.
I used a lot of polish assets to detail the map, so please subscribe to the Augustów_OneClick collection.
For road and terrain accuracy I used Image Overlay Renewal mod. Images used can be found here:

Working with water on this map was tricky, so there are places where water is rough instead of calm and some of the rivers/canals are wider then in real life.
For the realism of the map, roads are two-lane highways/national roads, so to avoid heavy traffic, please use TM:PE mod with traffic simulation on "Very Low" setting.
One-lane railway should be upgraded to two-lane to avoid trains being stacked next to each other.
Mass Transit DLC is required.
This map should be good for any kind of a city (except port-city [no ship connections]) starting from tourist city, ending with heavily industrialized (all resources are available).
