– Found under Decorations/Parks in-game.
– Size: 4×4
– Build cost: $1000
– No water or electricity requirement (self-sufficient), but needs to be connected to electricity grid for lights to work.
– Pedestrians will enter/exit the compound via gate, and enter/exit shelter via entrance door.
