Description:

I’m back, my fellow road geeks and infrastructure enthusiasts! After spending a week in the fouth ring of Hell we mortals refer to as ‘studying’, I’m back with more interchanges! Now, for my comeback I thought, why not make it big? How big? Well, as you can see from the picture above; almost too big! This is my attempt at making a full interchange for collector/express systems. It ended up as a cloverleaf for the slower collector traffic, and a stack for express traffic, which is actually similar to how it’s done in real life. I think a similar design can be found at Salida 31 between the M-50 and the A-3, though the Spanish one has a turbine design for the express ramps. Such an interchange would unfortunately not fit inside the asset editor, and so we have to settle on this!

======================================================================

Advantages:
+ Among the most space-efficient ways to connect two C/E-systems
+ Express traffic get stack ramps

Disadvantages:
– Collector traffic has to go through a cloverleaf, which means that the weaving is strong with this one
– It’s gigantic!
– Get a terraforming mod. Seriously, I’m not advertising for the mod, just get it. If the ground isn’t clear of the slightest bump, it will refuse to be plopped down. This is due to the countless and steep ramps in this design. The ramps had to be made steep so that it fit inside of the editor. If you can’t get into your city, try to rotate it! It sometimes works a lot better in another orientation
