Plattenbau IW70 P2-6 No.1
Hello Folks,
today’s upload is a pack of 10 6-floor "Plattenbau" blocks with beige facades and colormapped balconies.
Included are normal row blocks and row buildings with a connector for corners.
All blocks fit the in-game grid, so placing them is rather straight-forward.
The average Mesh Info weight of all blocks is 87, the average tris count is 7895.
The 10 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"HAL" sorts them to my other assets from Halle (Saale).
"IW70" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "70" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"P2-6" specifies that the "P2" prefab-standard was used, the "6" obviously states the number of floors each segment has.
"#ES/#EW" indicates the number of entrances and whether they are on the living- or bedroom side of the block.
"-VW/-VW" indicates if the building has a connector with a passageway and on which side it is.
"-KX/-KX-D" indicates if the building is curved, the latter also has a passageway in the middle.
"-BY" indicates if the block has backyard access.
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building, here beige with colorable balconies.
The 10 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "HAL IW70 P2-6" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The railings of the balconies are color-mapped, 4 colors included.
Here’s a list of all the HEX-colors used:
- white: FFFFFF
- red: 80404B
- orange: AD8144
- green: 2B4A3B
All straight blocks are flush with at least one side of the lot, most of them on both sides.
When placing the 5ES/5EW versions next to other blocks, Move It might be required.
The buildings can only be used with the RICO mod. They are level 1 high residential buildings with 20 to 50 homes each.
If used without the RICO mod, all buildings stay funtionless unique buildings.
The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to tremendiously cut down on file size is advised!
