Lopez Serrano Building
The López Serrano Building, designed by the architect Ricardo Mira in 1929, was the tallest residential building in Cuba until 1956.
This is a nice looking art deco building with tons of decorations, but unfortunately it seems to be suffering greatly from lack of maintenance.
I tried to recreate it in its former glory without adding too much dirt.
This asset has built-in RICO settings.
