Parking 3×8 with sidewalk, no tourists for your Cims.
The parking lot offers 25 parking spaces for residents and visitors in the vicinity.
The sidewalk connects blocks of flats, depending on how you built them.
Parking and sidewalk separate a tree and shrubs avenue, 4 benches offer space for the older Cims to rest.
The combination of parking and sidewalk looks chic, but has the disadvantage that you can’t set this asset without a mod (I recommend the Move it Mod) so easily, if at all.
It is best to place the asset at a roundabout or a semicircular street (because of the pavement) and then place it at the desired location with the Move it Mod, for example.

I noticed in the game that the parking lot can be placed at a gravel road without any problems.
In the road construction menu you can also easily change and reset the roads.

Parkplatz 3×8 mit Gehweg, keine Touristen für eure Cims.
Der Parkplatz bietet 25 Stellplätze für die Anwohner und Besucher in der Nähe.
Der Gehweg verbindet Wohnblocks, je nachdem wie ihr gebaut habt.
Parkplatz und Gehweg trennen eine Baum und Sträucher Allee, 4 Bänke bieten Platz für die älteren Cims zum ausruhen.
Die Kompination aus Parkplatz und Gehweg sieht chic aus, hat allerdings den Nachteil, das man dieses Asset ohne Mod (ich empfehle die Move it Mod) nicht so einfach setzen kann, wenn überhaupt.
Am besten, man setzt das Asset an einem Kreisverkehr oder einer halbrunden Straße (wegen dem Gehweg) und platziert es dann zum Beispiel mit der Move it Mod an der gewünschten Stelle.

Ich habe im Spiel festgestellt, das sich der Parkplatz ohne Probleme an eine Kiesstraße setzen lässt.
Im Straßenbau-Menü kann man so auch ganz einfach die Straßen ändern und wieder zurück setzen.
