This is a 2021 revamp of this asset pack https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=548914424 originally by Kowkamurka (marked as contributor). Models & textures by him, I just fixed some issues and tweaked the props of it. Uploaded by his permission.
Modifies:
– fixed: Murka’s gazon missing dependency issue
– fixed: serious misalignment issue with level 2 end building
– removed parking spaces and unnecessary pavements in front of buildings (use streets with parking lanes or ploppable parking lots if you want the residents to park their cars)
– props tweaked, but used only base game props
Stats:
– growable high res from level 1 to 4
– lot size: 3×3 all, but the right end buildings snap to crossroad
– the level 2 and level 4 buildings are colorable at the staircase part
– asset & file name: 111-83 tenement lvl {1/2/3/4} {left end/middle/right end}

Recommended:
– Building Themes mod: to force them grow and level-up correctly (you need to make the theme yourself)
– Find It & Plop the Growables mods: to plop them manually
– Move It mod: to move, snap, copy-paste or clip together the buildings
– Repaint mod or Move It Prop Painter to set the colorable buildings to colors you want
– Prop Switcher (or equivalent to this) mod: to remove/replace props you don’t like
