Hotel Europa by jens with the original model here, now available for the Hotels & Retreats DLC.
It’s got its own settings, not from any template. And I took some liberty and changed its colour map so the DLC’s colour variation doesn’t look too annoying.
There is also 1 prop to download – it’s not included in the screenshots though. Obviously you can skip that if you don’t want to overload your PC.
