United Kingdom Hotel by Mntoes with the original model here, now available for the Hotels & Retreats DLC.
It’s got its own settings, not from any template. And I took some liberty and changed its colour map and removed some bits off the model… as the restaurant is now gone and the hotel is back again in its old building.
