Description:

This is a dilapidated and long time abandoned store located in the middle of nowhere (Somewhere in North Carolina).

It was built in the 1920s by Sheriff Eugene "Cat" Belvin, who got that nickname for his amazing ability to sneak up on bootleggers and moonshiners.

The building was closed and abandoned in the 1990s, and finally dismantled in 2020. Currently, the location serves as a parking lot for trailers.

I made this asset because I wanted to try out a new, more detailed workflow, and also because I like its name. It can fit well in a wild west ghost town or a rundown city. No props included, so you can decorate it as you wish.
