The Savoy-Plaza Hotel (Hotels & Retreats DLC)
Welcome to this 5 star hotel. The original building had been demolished in 1965 to pave the way to less glamorous site… similar fortune that had happened to the building standing there before The Savoy-Plaza Hotel … and looking better still 🙂
The settings here may challenge your gameplay – with its rooms for 1808 guests and a running cost of nearly 65500 a week, you will have to keep rooms occupancy at around 90.5% if you keep the lowest price, or at 26.5% at the highest price, to cover the maintenance cost and get a bit of income. Bear in mind it’s not Cities Skylines 2 so you can set the room price in millions and tourist here won’t mind it (in theory).

It’s got its own settings, not from any template. And I took some liberty and changed its colour map (no colour variation as I couldn’t find any suitable place to appear on the texture) and darkened the walls texture so it’s not too bright.
