MBTA Commuter MPI-HSP46
The MPI HSP46 is a diesel electric passenger locomotive designed in 2013 and built by MotivePower. It first entered revenue service in April of 2014 with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) with 40 units being delivered by 2016.
The MBTA has used Kawasaki built Bi-Level commuter cars since 1991 with a total of 107 coaches being delivered to date. While these trains usually operate with a consist of 8 Bi-Level cars, the length has been shortened to accommodate the short length of platforms in Cities: Skylines.

Use Improved Public Transport 2 mod to assign to train lines, otherwise will spawn at random.
