• works exactly as the Large Pedestrian Area Service Point included in the Plazas & Promenades DLC (must be placed by a normal road within pedestrian zone)
• Use move it to nudge block into a building
• Costs zero to place and upkeep
• Costs zero electricity and water
• Causes no noise pollution
