Vanilla Single-family Houses
A collection of the best looking vanilla houses with remade decoration and color variations! It is low density residential with plenty of trees in the backyards.
This is my solution to make my neighboorhoods a little nicer, without the old trees and some ugly assets!
This is a ideal pack if you use my Vanilla Middle Housing district style, to prevent the apartment buildings spawning in the suburbs or where you don’t want them.
This district style has 2×2 3×3, 3×4 and 4×4 single household buildings.
I used the same assets from level 1 to 4. For level 5 houses I selected the high-tech futuristic looking assets and almost every house has a pool and more parking spots. I added a pool for some level 4 houses too.
