[Dutch] Freeway Split Sign

This is just a sign that indicated a split in the freeway/highway. It’s only used in places where the freeway doesn’t end but continues.
I appreciate you taking the time to look at this mod and even reading this description, if you have any requests for signs, not only Dutch but any let me know I’m happy to take a look at it!
