High density residential building, the pack includes 4 variations: 3, 4, 5 and 6 floors.
Recomended mods to use with:
– FIND IT (find any asset and plop it when you want)
– MOVE IT (you will able to move and place any asset exactly the way you want)
– RICO REVISITED (allows player to change functionality and lots of stuff in buildings and you can make them historical so they wont be replaced by higher level buildings)

Based on a real building in the city of Oviedo (Asturias), this style was very common in the 70’s all across Asturias and also north of Spain, horizontal stripes desaturated colors between red, yellow and brown, this are frequently residential buildings but its very common to find all kinds of stores or businesses on their 1st floor.
