This roadway asset is modeled after a section of Flatbush Avenue Extension in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. It has three 10ft (3m) wide vehicle travel lanes in each direction and no parking. It features a wide, planted median that is much taller than the sidewalks, which is one thing that gives this road a unique look in real life. It has a fairly simple traffic lighting scheme, with the light on the median also hosting no-turn signs. The traffic lights and many of the road signs are from the BIG Roads pack, and the stop/yield signs will actually show up when activated by TMPE! The default speed limit is 25mph (40km/h), but the proper speed limit signs will show up if the speed limit is between 25 and 45 mph.
