3×4-low/high european 1900+ Level building

This is my first building made with Blender and Gimp 2
criticism and suggestions are welcome

version 2

low density highest expansion stage
tris 5218 (i really tried to lower the tris…)
texture map 2048×1024

pls vote if you like my building:-)

UPDATE: fixed broken asset exception
(dont include any road type in your mod!!)
added a new wall
removed park road
added diffrent terrain texture fo the parking lot(there are invisible parking lots infront of the building:-)
